Bruxelles et sa radio
Bruxelles et sa radio
Following the publication of the “Bruxelles et sa radio” book by historian Nicolas Kenny, the Maison CFC organised an exhibition of the creations created by graphic designer and poster artist Lucien De Roeck during his long collaboration with the National Broadcasting Institute (INR, predecessor to the RTBF). A multitude of illustrations and posters were produced during this very fruitful collaboration with the radio. This exhibition offers an opportunity to discover rare archives, sketches and reviews from Lucien De Roeck’s collection. A selection of the photographic and iconographic archives of the man from the radio, Charles Van Hauteghem, a privileged witness of the golden age of radio in Belgium and a valuable point of contact for Nicholas Kenny whilst writing his book, will also be exhibited..
Opening on 16th January at 18.00 hours
The exhibition will run from 17th January to 29th February
